Sale of Goods
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods available on our Site.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods we provide. You agree to purchase goods from our Site at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

At R3 Sales Inc, we are committed to providing fair and consistent pricing to all of our customers. We offer discount codes as part of special promotions to show our appreciation for our customers. However, misuse or abuse of these discount codes can lead to unfair practices and negatively impact the shopping experience for others. Discount codes are intended for use only by customers who meet the specific terms and conditions associated with the code, as specified in the promotion. These codes may not be shared, sold, or transferred to other individuals without our prior approval. Any attempt to use discount codes in a manner inconsistent with the intended promotion is considered abuse. -
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of orders or termination of access to future promotions:- Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of discount codes more than once.
- Stacking Discounts: Attempting to combine discount codes with other promotions, unless explicitly allowed by the terms of the promotion.
- Use of Unauthorized Codes: Using discount codes obtained through unauthorized means, including but not limited to codes shared by third parties not affiliated with our store.
- Fraudulent Activity: Engaging in any fraudulent activities to gain access to discounts or promotions, including using false or misleading information.

R3 Sales Inc. reserves the right to monitor and track the use of all discount codes to detect any suspicious or potentially fraudulent activities. If we detect any misuse, we may take action, including:- Refusing or canceling orders placed using invalid or misused codes.
- Suspending or terminating accounts found to be engaged in abuse.
- Withholding further access to promotions or discounts for the customer involved.

Refunds and Adjustments
If an order is placed using a discount code that violates the terms of this policy, we reserve the right to cancel the order or adjust the final price to reflect the correct amount without the discount. In such cases, no refund or re-issue of the discount code will be provided. -

R3 Sales Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any discount program or promotion at any time, without prior notice, and to take any necessary steps to prevent abuse.
By using a discount code from R3 Sales Inc., you agree to comply with this Discount Code Abuse Policy and acknowledge that failure to do so may result in actions as outlined above.Â
Consumer Protection Law
Where the Consumer Protection Act, or any other consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.
Limitation of Liability
R3 Sales Inc. and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site.
Indemnity
Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you indemnify and hold harmless R3 Sales Inc. and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of our Site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario.

Sale items (if applicable)
Sale, promotional, bundled or close-out items are not returnable or refundable unless reported as damaged/defective within 48 hours of delivery.; and
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 10-14 business days.
Severability
If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.

Cancellation
Messages will provide instructions to unsubscribe either by texting STOP or through an included link. After you unsubscribe, we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and no more messages will be sent. If you would like to receive messages from R3 Sales Inc. again, just sign up as you did the first time and R3 Sales Inc. will start sending messages to you again.

You agree that before changing your mobile number or transferring your mobile number to another individual, you will either reply "STOP" from the original number or notify us of your old number at info@r3sales.ca. The duty to inform us based on the above events is a condition of using this service to receive messages.
Messaging Terms Changes
We reserve the right to change or terminate our messaging program at any time. We also reserve the right to update these Messaging Terms at any time. Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting. If you do not agree to a change to these Messaging Terms, you should cancel your enrolment with our messaging program.
