Refund policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youâll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
A restocking fee of 25% may apply on product returned for exchange or refund. Customers within GTA will be charged $14.99 for return shipping.
We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons:
- Product(s) / Item(s) are damaged;Â
- Product(s) / Item(s) does not match description;
- Product(s) / Item(s) is the wrong size or not as what you ordered;Â

If your return is accepted, weâll notify you via phone or email that was provided when placing the order with us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Â

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Your item must be unused and unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once the product(s) are opened we are unable to accept a return on these.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, please speak to one of our team members at (905) 341-5873.
Refunds
We will notify you once weâve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youâll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since weâve approved your return, please contact us at orders@r3sales.ca.
Returns can be made by requesting return merchandise authorization (RMA). Returns made at the warehouse or mailed to us will be rejected without a valid RMA. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please contact us at (905) 341-5873 to start the RMA process.
Our liability is limited to remediating the discrepancy by replacing the goods or applying a credit to your method of payment with respect to the discrepancy. Except as outlined above, all sales of food contact items are made on a one-way basis and are not returnable or refundable.
