Ordering

Can I track my order?

You can track orders shipped via FedEx, UPS or DHL. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is shipped, followed by another delivery confirmation email once the order is delivered.

For local orders with Greater Toronto Area, currently tracking is not available. Please contact us for following up on your order status at (905) 341-5873 or orders@r3sales.ca.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 24-48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is shipped, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

We can only cancel orders if not shipped. As orders are generally shipped out next day, please email orders@r3sales.ca as soon as you can. We will advise if the order is cancellable.

Are there any additional fees or taxes?

No, there are no additional fees or taxes unless specified.

However, taxes vary and will be added automatically based on your province or state.

What methods of payments do we accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Interac Payments.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, free delivery is available over orders over $300 (pre-tax) within Greater Toronto Area.

Customers outside of Greater Toronto Area have to pay for shipping. Please refer to our shipping policy here. You are also suggested to sign up for our newsletter since we offer free shipping deals often.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 4-7 days across Canada.

Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders.

International shipping times depend on the products and destination. Please contact us for more information on international shipping.

For Bulk orders, please contact us and one of our team members will be happy to assist you.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the Canada and United States.

To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 3 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unopened/unused in original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
